How long does it take to produce my order?
Artwork for your approval will be generated within 24 hours of receiving the order, and emailed to you for approval.
We will engrave your order within 1-3 business days. This time is from the approval of your artwork by email. Most parcels are sent Australia Post or Fastway couriers. You will normally receive them within a few days from when we send them. You will get emailed a tracking number when we have the pens ready for dispatch.
If you have a deadline for an event like a trade show we need to know this as soon as possible (ideally when you place the order). We do everything we can to meet a specific date, but you must also allow the appropriate production + freight time for the order to arrive.
What you need to do before we send the order to the production area?
Just 1 thing > Your ‘Artwork Approval’ needs to be sent back to us. We can accept written email confirmation once we have sent you the artwork originally. Without this, your order will not proceed. We need to ensure your information on your pens is exactly as you want it before we start. So even if it is a repeat order, just approve the artwork and we will have the pens dispatched within 3 days.
Normally payment is made at the checkout in the shop, but if we send you an invoice, then payment will also need to be confirmed before we start engraving. Then your order will proceed to the production team.
Can I be a reseller / affiliate of Only Pens website?
