Terms & Conditions

All orders must be confirmed in writing, usually email is acceptable. Purchase orders if used must have an order number clearly shown. Verbal orders or instructions will not be accepted.

Artwork approval is required to be provided in writting or returned by email. No order will proceed without written artwork approval even if the order is paid in full.

Order Payments
No order will be passed to the production team until payment has been received. Payments can be made via EFT bank transfer, OSKO payments, credit card (over the phone), or by using Paypal transfers. The shopping cart system atatched to the website acepts all these payment methods except EFT payments.
You can ‘send money’ on PayPal to orders@onlypens.com.au.  All orders and payments will be replied to via email noting the order and / or payment has been received.
You can puchase in the online shopping cart or you will receive an invoice by Only Pens.

Ownership title of any of our Engraved Pens  / Keyrings remains with us until payment has been made and cleared in full into our account.

No trading accounts are granted to one off clients. Once a regular repeat ordering history is extablished, we can look at a 7 day account structure. If you think you could qualify for a trading account, please send your request in writting to info@onlypens.com.au and we will be in touch within the day.

2% above or below quantities order is considered acceptable as full shipment and invoiced as such. Generally item counts are exact or in excess of the qty ordered.

We make best efforts to ship your pens to your required delivery adress in the most economical way possible. 
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs, departments or by ‘Acts of God’.
Insurance is available at a rate of 4% of value of order. If insurance is not requested with the original order, shipment is at the receiver’s risk, otherwise the freight can be booked for pickup on your own courier account.
All orders will be shipped FREE to all normal Australian addresses. 

Cancellation of Order
Once the order artwork confirmation form has been signed, and payment received, we will provide an order timeline to supply your product based on production time + freight delivery time. If you cancel an order after having this supply time information on email, cancellation fees may apply. Fees can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically the costs involved are any artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been engraved. 

Artwork Fees
If artwork is not supplied in the correct format, artwork charges may be billed after we discuss if you have accesss to the right files we need. Some minor artwork may be done at no cost. Please check with us and we can supply a quote for your artwork.

Claims or Returns
In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 5 working days of receiving the goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the engraving when compared to the artwork signoff document. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection if requested. (at your cost). A refund or replacement of stock will be issued at our discretion once the goods have been checked.

The colours of the merchandise pictured on this website are only indicative. If exact colour matching is required please request a sample.

Default Accounts
If you have enough volume to have an account, any company or person/s defaulting on a payment will be actively pursued by us and by the court system in NSW Australia. All fees involved in recovering the debt will be billed to that company or person/s. Any account over 60 days past due will be immeadiatly given to our debt collectors without prior notice to you. A 1.5% cumulative interest charge per month will be added to the balance owed from the invoice issue date for as long as the debt remains unpaid and all recovery costs will be added to the outstanding amount.
